We maintain small caseloads for our BCBAs (our full-time- 20-30 hours per week- BCBAs average 4-7 clients), enabling our team to spend more time with each client and to provide increased supervision (15%-20% of clinical hours worked) to our behavior technicians. Youll be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, designing and implementing individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and providing ongoing supervision and training to members of the team.The role involves collaborating with families, caregivers and other professionals to improve the quality of life of children with behavioral challenges and helping them to achieve their goals. We are a collaborative team who thrives on implementing the ideas for best-practice offered by each member of our team.Visit us at www.shinebrightbehavioralhealth.com*Rate*: Up to $95,000*Employment Type:* FT/PT positions available!!*Job Description:** Develops and oversees skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs, based on assessments.* Ensures proper implementation of behavior programs, providing training and feedback.* Provides copious support and direction to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) - 15-20% supervision, to ensure treatment fidelity.* Completes assessments as required by state specific payors.* Performs quarterly staff performance assessments.* Tracks and analyzes data, adjusting programs as needed for maximum effectiveness.* Works with families and teams to ensure consistent interventions.* Maintains accurate records of assessments, plans and progress.*Qualifications:** An active BCBA certification and must be in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).* Active AZ LBA, or ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire* Experience with implementing and developing behavior-analytic programs.* Proficiency in applied behavior analysis and patient care.* Experience with assessments and report documentation.* Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology.* Ability to conduct evaluations and behavioral therapy.* Excellent communication and organizational skills.* Experience working with individuals with behavioral and developmental challenges, e.g., autism.* Knowledge of special education practices and data collection techniques.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $92,000.00 - $105,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* Continuing education credits* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* Professional development assistanceCompensation Package:* Bonus opportunities* Signing bonusSchedule:* 4 hour shift* 8 hour shift* After school* Day shift* Monday to Friday* Morning shiftWork Location: In personby Jobble
