  • Job Details
  • A hospital in Arizona is looking for experienced nurses for a travel contract for their MS/Tele float pool. The right candidate will have 2+ years of current tele experience, an active BLS, ACLS and AZ license or compact. Travelers are required to pass a dysrhythmia exam prior to starting (2 max attempts) and will take a pass/fail Sim lab on day 1 of orientation.

    • 2+ years of current tele experience
    • Must be able to titrate drips
    • Required to pass a dysrhythmia exam prior to start (with 2 max attempts)
    • Must take a pass/fail Sim Lab on day one of orientation
      • Schedule Information
      • Shifts: 12 hr shifts. 7-7.
        • Unit Specific Information
        • CV Tele B3A, A3 Neuro, MedSurg C5, MedSurg B2C - units with various patient care specializations such as post-cath lab, post-vascular procedures, neuro post-surgical, spine, CVAs post-TPA, general tele, surgical, oncology, and general MedSurg patients
          • Additional Details
          • Travelers will float between all Tele and MedSurg units
          • Staffing the observation floor first, then other units as needed
          • Floating includes between Chandler & Mercy Gilbert campuses
          • Notification of campus and unit given 1.5 hrs prior to shift start
          • Floating to different units mid-shift can happen
          • Distance between the 2 campuses is 9 miles, all interstate
