Volt is immediately hiring a Sr. Cloud Architect in Littleton, CO.



As a Sr. Cloud Architect you will:



Provide technical guidance and delivery of projects based on a Cloud Platform to Communication Service Provider (CSP) customers.
Consult with Project Managers to prepare project descriptions, identify task lists, set schedules, determine engineering hours, estimate project risk and deliver on successful bids.
This is a customer-facing position and requires rapport with customers.



This is a full-time, Direct Hire opportunity.



The ideal candidate will have:



Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, Elastic, Kafka, & cloud-native technologies.
A Cloud based certification (AWS/Azure/GCP), or Kubernetes certs - CKA/CKSS/CKAD.
A Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology.
Storage configuration expertise such as RAID/Ceph/NFSv3+v4 (on NetApp a plus).
Experience in network system-level solution design.
Linux (Debian, Ubuntu) background covering deployment, image build, application, and administration.
Excellent verbal communication skills.



Pay Rate: $120,000 - $195,000 per year.





*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
