Information $2,184 per week About The Position Job Title:
Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Job
Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12H Nights, with minimum every other
weekend; up to 3 weekends per month, first to float Guaranteed
Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum of 3 years of recent
ICU experience, including neuro or cardiovascular (CV) experience
required License: Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
Must-Have: - Proficiency in titrating drips - Ability to interpret
own telemetry strips - Pass a dysrhythmia exam and a pass/fail Sim
Lab on Day 1 orientation Job Description: - Provide high-quality
nursing care in a Level 1 Trauma Center ICU setting. - Manage
complex patients, including trauma, neuro-surgery, CVA, COVID,
sepsis, and ARDS patients. - Administer and titrate medications
such as Propofol, Fentanyl, Vasopressin, etc. - Work
collaboratively with intensivists, hospitalists, and a
multidisciplinary team. - Participate in self-scheduling while
accommodating unit needs. - Potentially float to telemetry units as
needed, adhering to specified nurse-patient ratios. - Wear navy
scrubs as per dress code standards. - Undergo unit-specific
orientation lasting 1-2 days. - Comply with cancellation policy,
which may include up to three cancellations per contract. - Utilize
electronic health records via the Cerner charting system. - No call
or standby shifts required, though low census adjustments may
