Project Specialist - Customer Modernization Program
Phoenix, AZ - Onsite
OT Exempt - No Driving Required
Pay Rate: $35 - $65/hr

We're looking for a sharp, organized Project Specialist to support a major Customer Modernization Program in the utility space. If you're someone who can keep things moving behind the scenes-while juggling calendars, systems, and stakeholders-this role might be right up your alley.

What You'll Be Doing

• Keep project schedules up to date and help teams stay on track
• Support team onboarding, offboarding, and resourcing logistics
• Own and manage the program roster like a pro
• Add/update users in Jira and Confluence
• Schedule meetings, build agendas, and help pull together presentations
• Help run program meetings and provide Jira/Confluence updates
• Train team members on how to use Jira/Confluence effectively
• Manage the program calendar and shared inbox
• Handle vendor coordination and purchasing tasks
• Review Confluence content to make sure it's accurate and complete
• Help keep SharePoint organized and current
• Share knowledge and train others to keep everything running smoothly What You'll Need to Succeed
  • At least 5 years in a project support, admin, or coordination role
  • Comfortable working independently and adapting to shifting priorities
  • Strong people skills-able to work across teams and levels
  • Solid grasp of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Project, and SharePoint
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence is a big plus
  • Attention to detail, urgency, and a knack for getting things done Minimum Requirements
    • Associate's degree, apprenticeship, or 60+ college credit hours from an accredited school
