This role is key to keeping our facility clean, safe, and running smoothly-from customer areas and offices to restrooms and shop floors. Your work helps ensure every guest and employee enjoys a top-notch experience every day Our Custodians earn $18 - $20 per hour The work schedule is Monday - Friday 8am -5pm Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and other common areas
• Clean and sanitize the interior of luxury coaches and RVs
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust facility floors and surfaces
• Empty trash and recycling bins throughout the facility
• Maintain cleanliness in service bays, shop areas, and exterior grounds
• Restock cleaning and hygiene supplies (paper products, soap, sanitizer, etc.)
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the Facilities Manager
• Follow assigned cleaning schedules and adhere to safety protocols
• Assist with event setup and light maintenance tasks as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications:
  • Previous custodial or janitorial experience is required
  • Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, tools, and best practices
  • Comfortable working in and around hot weather, especially during summer months
  • Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable working independently or within a team
  • Flexible schedule, including weekend availability as needed
  • Knowledge of cleaning and detailing products and techniques
  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid Driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must be at least 19 years of age or older Working Conditions:
    • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform physical labor
    • May require extended periods of standing, walking, and bending
    • May require lifting or moving heavy equipment or objects
    • May require working in tight spaces or at heights
    • May require exposure to natural elements such as inclement weather, extreme temperatures
    • May require exposure to loud noises, fumes, or chemicals
