Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
Clerk to support day-to-day operational activities in accounting
functions.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the entry of vouchers into the accounting system
Initiate contact with customers regarding delinquent accounts and
arrange for collection
Maintain confidentiality of financial records and assist in
month-end close processes
Qualifications
High School Diploma required; some college preferred
At least three years of experience in collections and accounts
payable
Knowledge of NetSuite and intermediate Excel skills preferred
Proficiency in basic math and accounting skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain organization
