  • Job Title: -IT Technical Support Specialist (L1)
  • Contract Duration: -12 Months
  • Location: Chandler, AZ
  • Pay Range: -$18/hour to $20/hour

    Job Summary:
    Provide first-line IT support via voice and chat for internal employees in a 24/7 Global Service Desk environment. Troubleshoot MS -applications and proprietary systems, handling up to 2 chat clients simultaneously. Ensure clear documentation for escalations and deliver exceptional client care.
    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical support for MS Office, Windows 10/11, VPN, and Citrix.
    • Handle multiple live chats efficiently while maintaining quality and performance metrics.
    • Troubleshoot and document issues for escalation when needed.
    • Maintain strong customer service and communication skills.
    • Work onsite 4 days/week with 1 remote day (subject to performance).

      Requirements:

      • 1-3 years of IT support or customer service experience.
      • Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
      • Ability to meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment.

        Preferred Skills:

        • Experience in a technology call center or IT support role.
        • Familiarity with Office 365, SharePoint, Skype, Cisco AnyConnect, and ITSM tools like Remedy.
