Duration: 12+ months contract (higher extension possibility)
Work Schedule: Onsite Monday - Thursday - Work-from-home on Friday
Pay Range: $19/hr to $20.04/hr
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Technical Support 1 professional to provide
first-line technical support for internal employees through voice
and chat channels.
As part of the 24/7 Global Service Desk, you will work closely with
regional and international teams to deliver exceptional client
care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support via phone and chat, assisting employees
with MS applications and proprietary systems.
Handle multiple live chat interactions simultaneously while
maintaining high operational and quality metrics.
Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues,
escalating unresolved tickets to second-line support.
