Volt is immediately hiring a Technical Administrator in Chandler, AZ.



As a Technical Administrator you will:

Manage project tasks identified by Site Manager to improve performance of process and deliverables.
Liaise with customers using our range of machines to assist them with various functions.
Liaise with customers to resolve issues, answer questions, etc.
Perform various actions, reporting, and input of information on software system as required.
Liaise effectively with internal team members to complete tasks and distribute information.
Compile and manage the regular communication of various reports to customers.



This is a full-time, Direct Hire opportunity.





The ideal candidate will have:



Problem solving aptitude, with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to multitask.
Tech savvy individual with previous experience using software systems e.g. SAP, Microsoft Projects, Teamwork, etc.
Previous experience using all MS suite, proficiency using Microsoft Excel.
Good interpersonal skills with ability to deliver a high level of customer service in a friendly and polite manner.
Flexible to take on additional duties as required.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with extended periods of being active on your feet.



Pay Rate: $37,000 - $43,500 per year.





*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
