United Staffing Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Chandler, Arizona. Job Description & Requirements

  **THIS POSITION REQUIRES A FULL ***3 YEARS OF RECENT ICU EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED*** NO EXCEPTIONS**
  *Experience must also include EITHER neuro or CV.*
  *******UNA Dysrhythmia Exam required 24-48hrs PRIOR TO ACCEPTANCE of a position. MAX ATTEMPTS IS 2**
  **There is also a pass/fail Sim Lab on Day 1 of orientation.
  *Surgical ICU - Trauma Neuro Surgery
  # Beds 32
  Nurse:Patient Ratios 1:2, 1:1
  Required Certifications (i.e., BLS, ACLS?) BLS, ACLS, NIHSS.
  Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Level 1 trauma Center, Falls, GSW, blunt trauma, MVAs, trauma patients over age of 15. Ex-lap, crani, speciality neuro-surgery cases. CVA, status post-TPA, COVID, sepsis, ARDS.
  Experience or 'Must have' skills
  Are RNs required to titrate drips? Yes
  Common titratable &/or set rate drips: Propofol, fentanyl, versed, precedex, morphine, dilaudid, ketamine, rocuronium, levophed, vasopressin, cardene, labetatol, dopamine, dobutamine, heparin, insulin United Staffing Solutions Job ID #760130.
