TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Neuro RN in Chandler, Arizona, 85224 Pay Information $2,175 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Neuro Telemetry Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-hour nights, every other weekend Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum of 2 years (recent, within the past 6 months) License: Required to submit Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: COVID vaccine or religious/medical declination with appropriate documentation Job Description: - Interpret EKGs and pass a dysrhythmia exam within 48 hours of receiving an offer, through RELIAS with a maximum of two attempts. - Pass/Fail exam on day 1 of orientation with an emphasis on sterile field; study materials provided. - Work in a 28-bed unit with patient ratios of 1:3-4. - A charge nurse is available with no patient assignment, along with a clinical supervisor in a management role. - Patient care technicians are assigned at a ratio of 1 per every 16 patients. - Wear navy-colored scrubs. - No vent management required; RT and Pharmacy support available 24/7. - Hospitalist rounds during the day and is on-call at night. - Participate in floor-specific orientation for 2 days. - Common diagnoses include neuro post-surgical, post craniotomies, spine issues, and CVAs post TPA. - Chart using the Cerner system. - Potential to float to a sister facility. - Cancellation policy allows hospital to cancel up to 3 times per contract, either for a full shift or any part of a shift. 26614217EXPPLAT Job Requirements Required for Onboarding ACLS BLS PALS - AHA Pharmacology Skills Checklist Specialty Exam About Cynet Health Your travel nursing adventure begins here.
