  • Job Details
  • A hospital in Arizona is looking for experienced nurses for a travel contract for their MS/Tele float pool.
  • The right candidate will have 2+ years of current tele experience.
    • Job Requirements
    • Active BLS certification
    • ACLS certification
    • AZ license or compact
    • Travelers must be able to titrate cardiac drips.
    • Must pass a dysrhythmia exam prior to starting (2 max attempts)
    • Pass/fail Sim lab on day 1 of orientation.
      • Schedule Information
      • Shifts: 12 hr shifts. 7-7.
      • Floating is required.
      • Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend.
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Tele B3A: 32 beds
        • Common diagnosis: Post cath lab, post vascular procedures, day 2 CABG patients, general tele.
        • Tele Neuro: 28 beds
        • Common diagnosis: Neuro post surgical, post cranis, spine, CVAs post TPA.
        • Medical-Surgical C5: 32 beds
        • Common diagnosis: 80% Surgical, 20% Oncology.
        • Medical-Surgical B2C: 29 beds
        • Common diagnosis: General MedSurg patients that require tele.
          • Additional Details
          • COVID vaccine is required or declination form with supporting documentation from clergy or MD.
          • Floating between Chandler & Mercy Gilbert campuses.
