  • Job Details
  • A hospital in Arizona is looking for an experienced Tele nurse for a travel assignment.
  • The right candidate will have a full 2 years of experience, and hold an active BLS, ACLS and AZ license (or compact).
  • Should be prepared to float to sister facility in Mesa and is required to work weekends in rotation with core staff.
  • COVID vaccine is required or declination form with appropriate documentation and hospital approval.
  • A pass/fail Sim Lab is required on Day 1 of orientation (study guides provided with first day instructions).

      • Schedule Information
      • Required to work weekends in rotation with core staff.
      • Shifts: 7a-7p and 7p-7a.
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Unit: MS/Tele
        • Floor specific orientation: 2 days
        • Common Procedures / Types of patients: MS/Tele, Post-surgical (appy/chole ect)
          • Additional Details
          • ACLS, BLS, COVID Vaccine Required
          • SIMs Lab: Expected completion of SIMs Lab for Foley catheter insertion & central line dressing changes.
          • SIMs lab is pass/fail & nurses have been termed during SIMs Lab for breaking sterile field.
          • Hospital expects every nurse is competent in maintaining a sterile field, as these are nursing skills that are performed frequently.
